How long is the warranty period? If any problem occurs within the warranty period, how should we settle this?

You may refer to the warranty certificate for the period indication. Free of charge within the warranty period. If the warranty is expired, charges will be applied for the workmanship, replaced spare parts and delivery fees (if applicable).

Warranty

I.　Period of Warranty:
Motor: within 24 months from the date of purchase; free maintenance service
Accessory (such as remote control, power cord and adaptor etc.): within 12 months from the date of purchase; free maintenance service

II.　General:
The product is under warranty effectively according to the purchase date stated on the warranty booklet. If the product malfunctions within the warranty period, the company shall repair or replace the unit free of charge. Please note the user must operate the equipment by following the instructions of the user manual.

III.　Replacement of DOA product:
If the product is not working within 15 days from the date of purchase, then it is considered as DOA（dead on arrival） product. Once confirmed if the defective issue is not related to the products itself, the replacement rule is not applicable. Consumers are advised to prepare all the documents (warranty cert.), the original receipt or delivery certificate and the accessories in order to proceed with replacement.

IV.　Repair Accessories Warranty:
Our company offers an extra 90-day warranty for the new replacement accessories. Within the period (90-day), consumers are allowed to get free repair service if the same issue of the accessory occurs.

V.　 However, service charges will be applicable to the consumers even within the warrant period,
   1. The failure or damage is due to the buyer’s act of transporting, moving, crashing, or dropping the product after purchasing.
   2. The failure or damage of the product is caused by the event of force majeure, an external or environmental factor, such as fire, earthquake, lightening, storm, flood, abnormal high voltage(caused by usage of non-original adaptor and power plug ), or other natural disasters.
   3. The consumers install, modify or attempt to repair the equipment on their own without company authorization.
   4. The damage which are not incurred due to the product defect while manufacturing, but conditions as below,
● fail to meet the power supply specification or improper use / maintenance
● damaged by rats, roaches, ants and geckos etc.
● the equipment operational environment, such as sulfur area, seaside, chemical factories, swamp gas and etc.
   5. Consumables: leather, mats and batteries, cover and machine base etc. are not in the warranty.

VI.　If warranty expires, all the adjustment and maintenance service will be charged service fee; list price of the spare part will be charged if any replacement occurs. Including delivery fee. (I.e. courier service)

Can sufferers of scoliosis and osteoporosis operate the vibration equipment?

Yes, but make sure not stand still or sit upright on the equipment, it is only allowed to slightly lean your body forward while standing and hold the table or chair in front of you with both hands, applying low speed or the most comfortable speed for your to proceed with training; or slightly squatting down, or sitting on the chair and placing the legs on the equipment for lower limbs vibration training.

Can sufferers of waist muscle strain and patients of disc protrusion between spines operate the vibration equipment?

Yes, but make sure not to stand still or sit upright on the equipment. It is only allowed to stand on the equipment and hold the table or chair in front of you with both hands, and lean your body on the table or chair as well, to find the most comfortable position to proceed with training. By doing so, it will avoid the protrusion part injures the nerve, relax and reduce discomfort for your back at the same time. For the patient who has recovered could slightly squat down on the equipment at low / middle speeds, or sitting on the chair and placing the legs on the equipment for lower limbs vibration training to boost blood circulation.

Initial symptoms while using the Whole Body Vertical Vibration

During vibration exercise, you might feel:

“Itch”
During vibration training, your body might itch partially. This is a sign of blood circulation acceleration. The itch comes from inner body which means body cells are being activated, blood flow and lymphatic metabolism have been increased. Continuously using, the symptoms would be eliminated/ gone.

“Numb”/”Palsy”
The blood flow increases during vibration training, it will create an impact when it meets blockage. In the process of clearing blockage in vessels, you might feel palsy, which is a good sign. Continuous vibration training can improve this situation.

“Sore”
During vibration training, your neck, lower back, arms, joints or muscle might feel sore.This is caused by cumulative fatigue. Strain or tension can result in body tissue damage and decline of antibody. Soreness you feel will be improved through continuous whole body vibration training.

“Ache”

No side effect occurs. Vibration is the most environmental and the safest exercise. Some people may feel numb, sleepy, dizzy, tired, itchy, sore & stiff shoulder, farts very often and have frequent bowel movement due to personal body constitution after using the vibration equipment. The symptoms above are the signs to show the improvement of body circulation, the symptoms shall disappear after 1 week. If the symptoms do not disappear, please go to the hospital for physical examination in case of hidden disease.

How long can we operate the vibration equipment per day?

It depends on the purpose which the user would like to achieve; 15 minutes per time, once a day for regular health care; 15 minutes per time, three times or four times a day for weight loss; if you would like to improve the control of hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia & hypertension, increase the bone density, please use the equipment 15 minutes per time, twice a day (in the morning and at night).

Can everyone use the vibration equipment?

People from 6-year-old to 100-year-old can use the vibration equipment. However, people under below conditions are not allowed to use, pregnancy, children below 6-year-old, heart with metal device, acute facture, surgical wound, acute inflammation with infection and fever, fresh wound and spine with implant. As for people who suffer from prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc, it is advised to kneel down and lie on the equipment; standing posture is not allowed.

Procedure for Vertical Vibration Training

Drink 200cc ~ 300cc warm water before training.
Drink 200cc ~ 300cc warm water after training.
Training time: 1 hour before or after meals.
Training period: 15 minutes for the first week; 30 minutes
for the following week, at least twice in the morning and at night.
For Weight Loss Management: do not eat or drink (soft drink) after 2 hours of training, only warm water or warm sugar-free soymilk is allowed.
* Speed of Training: Depend on the most comfortable speed of individual for the best health effects.

Re-program instructions

Please unplug the power cord for 30 seconds, and then plug in.
After plugging in, press AUTO2 and STOP buttons at the same time within 5 seconds, the equipment makes one beep sound.
Continue pressing （do not let go） AUTO2 and STOP buttons, the equipment makes two beep sounds after another 5 seconds.
If it does not work, please try again.

Trouble Shooting

1. Please check if the power cord is plugged into the transformer tightly.
2. Remote Control Running out of Battery.
When the remote control is not sensitive enough, please replace with a new battery. Please use 23AE 12V battery.
3. If the situations above are eliminated, but the equipment still does not function properly. Please re-program the remote control.

Operation Precautions

1. The owner of the equipment shall ensure that all users have thoroughly read the User Manual, and understand the functions and usages, and follow the instructions to operate the machine.
2. Do not place and operate the machine outdoor, and keep away from humid, wet, hot, and dirty environment.
3. Child above six year-old must be accompanied by an adult while using the equipment.
4. For training safety, do not overuse or exercise too long/exceed ones’ own limit.
5. Keep the power cord away from heat; discontinue the machine when it is not functioning well or when the power cord is not working well. Please contact our service personnel.
6. Do not attempt to repair and modify the machine without approval from the seller in order to prevent from damages and injuries.
7. Start using the machine at a lower speed mode and increase the speed accordingly. Do not start with higher speed mode before you warming up. The more comfortable speed you apply, the better effect you get.
8. Do not reach into the gap between the plate and the base while the machine is operating.
9. Do not touch or unplug the power cord when hands are wet in case of electrical shock. Please unplug the power cord if long-term no-use.
10. The machine is designed with an automatic overload self-protection system. The machine will automatically shut down if overload. Please turn of the power for 1 minute and restart, use the machine within the weight carrying capacity. If it still does not work, please contact your distributor.
11. Do not place any heavy items on the plate when the machine is not in use.
12. Remove fragile items from your body while using the machine. e.g.: watch, cell phone and jewelry, and do not place them on the plate, either.
13. When using the whole body vertical vibration device, do not jump or eat or drink on the device surface.
